This project explores the social dynamics of sustainability in Ireland's dairy sector, integrating AI with social science to map stakeholders, policy objectives, and interactions. By analyzing big data and conducting interviews and surveys, we created visual maps and knowledge graphs to illustrate the complex relationships within the sector.
