Root Up Microgreens - Vertical Farming
German born Friederike Eimer has a professional degree in ecology and a strong personal interest in human nutrition. She thrives on growing food that has a low ecological footprint and uses no chemicals, pesticides or artificial fertiliser. But most importantly, it has exceptional nutritional benefits for customers. This is something very close to Friederike’s heart, having been diagnosed, herself, with a vitamin and mineral deficiency years ago. Her search began for natural ways to boost nutrient levels and so Root Up Microgreens was born.
